Questions manufacturers ask first.
Will this put our control network at risk?
It shouldn't. By default we read plant data read-only from the historian or an OPC UA server, through your industrial DMZ where you have one, and anything that writes back is scoped separately with your controls team.
We already have a controls integrator. Where do you fit?
Alongside them. Your integrator and controls team own the PLC logic and panel HMIs, and we build the screens, dashboards, MES functions and integrations above them.
Why not buy an off-the-shelf OEE or MES package?
Sometimes you should, and if a package does what you need at a sensible cost, we'll say so on the call. Custom software makes sense when it has to fit your lines, your data and the systems you already run.
